Included in the tour fare

Economy return air ticket, accommodation on twin/ triple sharing basis, meals and tours as specified in the itinerary subject as provided herein.

Not included in the tour fare

Airport taxes, telephone and excess charges, medical insurance and other expenses of a personal nature.

Baggage allowance

20kg per person

Unused services

No refund will be made for any service, transportation, accommodation, meal or tour not utilized.

Deposit & payment

A deposit of Singapore dollars Two Hundred (S$200.00) must be paid upon booking of tour. Full payment must be made no later than 14 days prior to departure date. Mode of payment : Cash / Nets / Cheque / Credit Card (subject to administration fees)

Cancellation charge

Any cancellation of tour bookings by a client shall be subject to the following charges:

20% of tour price if less than 14 days before departure 30% of tour price if less than 7 days before departure 100% of tour price if less than 24 hours before departure

Passport/ VISA

Must be valid for at least 6 months from date of entry into desired country or countries. Each client shall be responsible for obtaining the necessary visas required for the tour.

Change in tour itinerary and services

The company and/ or its principal(s) may at time and without notice alter part or all of the tour itinerary, hotel accommodations or tour services as it/ they may deem necessary for the safe or efficient conduct of the tour as a result of any circumstances whatsoever over which The Company and/ or its principal(s) have no control.

Revision of tour fares

The Company and/ or its principal(s) reserve the right to revise the tour fares from time to time without notice.

Cancellation by The Company

The Company and/ or its principal(s) reserve the right to cancel or withdraw at any time tour booking made by or for any client, in which event, no liabilities whatsoever in respect of such cancellations or withdrawals shall fall upon The Company and/ or its principal(s) save only that there shall be refund to the client of the monies paid by him in respect of the booking so cancelled or withdrawn.

Agent for other principals

The Company shall be responsible only for the provision of the economy return air ticket in accordance with these conditions. In all other respects, The Company acts only as an agent for the transportation companies, hotel and tour operators and other principals and all tickets, vouchers and documents are issued subject to the terms and conditions under which transportation, hotel and other services are provided. The Company shall in no event be liable in respect of any claims, vouchers and documents. All claims arising inconnection with such tickets, vouchers and documents should be made with the respective transportation company, hotel or tour operator or other principals as may be appropriate.

Liabilities

The Company shall not be liable for any costs, expenses or damages whatsoever incurred or suffered by a tour member which arise from the following events:

Acts of God, fire, lightning, explosion, flood inclement weather or accidents; National or local emergency, acts or omissions of any government or government authority or agency, insurrection, civil disorder, war or military operations Industrial disputes of any kind, strikes, lockouts, stoppage or restrain of labour; Traffic congestion, vehicle breakdown, obstruction of any public or private road, highway, sea or air passage; Accidents of any kind occurring during a tour member’s free activities; Robbery, theft or loss of property; Food poisoning Isolation as a result of infectious disease or any condition likely to endanger the health or safety of the tour members or impair their reasonable comfort. Any cause beyond the control of the company and/ or its principal(s); Any cancellation or alteration of the tour itinerary, hotel accommodations or tour services as a result of any of the aforementioned events or as a result of any decision, act or omission of the company principal(s), their agents and servants or any of them; or The acts, omission an/ or negligence on the part of the company principal(s), their agents and servants or any of them

If any limitation and exemptions contained herein are legally unenforceable, then in such event the company shall not be liable for any claim by the tour member for loss or damage arising from any cause whatsoever if it is not proved by such tour member to have been caused by the negligence or breach of contract by the company. In any event, the liability of the company shall in all cased whatsoever be limited to the payment of the company by way of damages of an amount for each tour member not exceeding 50 percent of tour price in respect of any loss or damage suffered by the tour member.

Note: Porter service may not be available under certain circumstances or in certain hotels and as such, passengers may sometimes be required to handle their own luggage. Your cooperation and understanding would be much appreciated.
